Orders would be processed and shipped within 1 to 2 business days of credit card authorization.
eBrain Innovations uses most proficient and low-cost shipping throughout Canada. Goods may be shipped via Canada Post, Purolator, UPS, FedEx, DHL or alternative service providers.
Most orders within Canada will arrive within 5-7 business days. For US locations, delivery will be within 8 – 10 business days.
Customers will receive an order confirmation email with the order tracking number.

Return Policy
The product can be returned within 30 days of the purchase date.
All the returns should have an invoice copy and valid tracking number.

Return products MUST be unused and in as-is original condition. Used items and open box/packaging will NOT be returned or eligible for a refund.
